Each item is shipped by the vendor who sells it on our marketplace; shipping methods, rates, and times may vary significantly. If you’re having trouble with an order please contact us with the form on this page!
Different return and exchange policies are maintained by each vendor. Please check the vendor’s page for the item you’d like to return or exchange to see their individual policies.
Once an order has been created the shipping address cannot be changed through the site. This is due to the possibility that many vendors may be involved in an order. If you think you’ve placed an order to the wrong address please use the form on this page to contact us!
Since each vendor ships their items individually, you should receive at least one tracking code for each vendor involved in your order by email when the items ship out. If you received an email saying your items have been marked shipped but have not received a tracking code for these items please contact us using the form on this page.

You should receive one or more packages from each vendor whose items are part of your order. So if you’re only ordering items from your favourite shop on our marketplace you’ll receive one package only.
