For the true “foodie,” lavender jelly is a highly-prized and rare gastronomic treat. Made in small batches from hand-harvested and processed “tips” of lavender blossom clusters. Each batch takes approximately 24 hours to make…and results in only 15 jars per batch — a true labour of love. The Classic Lavender jelly is sweet (tastes similar to grape jelly), whereas the Lavender & Raspberry jelly is less sweet.
